Simplified Fee, Measurable Results
"Shared Savings" gives you a no-committment option to save money on materials. Once a viable pricing opportunity and cost benchmark has been agreed upon we get to work. DKO monitors the purhase order (PO) and communicates updates until you take receipt.
Once material is delivered, 40% of the savings is due to DKO Services as a fee for the services.
The steps below outline what to expect from the process.
1. Identify a Viable Opportunity
First we need to establish that a viable opportunity to source better exists.
2. Cost Benchmark
Next, we establish a current cost benchmark.
3. Approve the Purchase
Buy when you are ready, DKO Services will only move forward with the supplier when you confirm you are ready.
4. PO to Receipt
Upon PO confirmation, DKO will update you on delivery, delays, and relevant information until you take receipt of the material.
5. Pay
You only pay the shared savings fee when you have received the materials.
